TERMS & conditions

• General Terms: By engaging with Karvaan Travel Agency and Infinity Ventures, users agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined by both companies. All transactions, purchases, and engagements with Karvaan Travel Agency and Infinity Ventures are legally binding and governed by the laws of India.
• Voucher Redemption Policy: Vouchers can be redeemed according to specific options offered by Karvaan Travel Agency, subject to availability and seasonality. A prior notice of 30 days is required for redemption to allow suficient arrangements. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Vouchers have an expiration date, and it is the customer's responsibility to redeem within the time frame. Extensions are at Karvaan’s sole discretion. Additional costs outside the package benefits (e.g., personal expenses) must be borne by the customer.
• Income and Benefits Structure with Infinity Ventures: Customers should fully understand Infinity Ventures' singleleg income structure, including required actions to qualify for referral and top-up incomes. Referral and invitee bonuses are based on the activation of referred accounts and are disbursed instantly.
• Single Leg Plan Closings: Closings occur every 10 days (on the 10th, 20th, and 30th/31st of each month). Payouts for these closings are disbursed monthly on the 15th, 25th, and 5th day of the following month. Infinity Ventures reserves the right to adjust, modify, or pause any income disbursement in cases of unforeseen circumstances or legal requirements. Withdrawal fees, admin charges, and distribution to uplines / downlines apply as per the latest policy.
• Invitation Bonus Program: The invitation bonus applies to new customers who register via a valid invitation link and complete their activation. Invitation bonuses may take up to 10 business days for verification and will then reflect in the inviter’s account. Infinity Ventures reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the invitation bonus program at any time without prior notice.
• Salary Packages and Awards: Salary packages and awards require strict adherence to predefined eligibility criteria. All conditions for qualifying must be met within the designated time frame. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of eligibility for both awards and salary packages. Criteria for salary and awards are at the discretion of the company and are subject to change. Non-compliance or delays will result in lapses, with no claims entertained afterward.
• Disclaimers and Liabilities: Karvaan Travel Agency and Infinity Ventures are not liable for any losses, damages, or policy changes affecting customer benefits. Both companies reserve the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers should consult with independent Financial or legal advisors before entering into agreements.
• Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from transactions or interactions with Karvaan Travel Agency or Infinity Ventures will be attempted to resolve amicably, failing which they are subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction. Legal proceedings are a last resort, preceded by all attempts to resolve disputes amicably.
• Confidentiality and Data Privacy: Customer information is handled with confidentiality, in compliance with Indian data protection laws. Neither Karvaan nor Infinity will disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law. By participating, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions as binding agreements with Karvaan Travel Agency and Infinity Ventures.
